Christopher Hitchens gets waterboarded for Vanity Fair

So it turns out Michelle Bachmann, you know the crazy lady who’s campaign for the Republican nomination for the US Presidential is based on being told to by an invisible sky wizard, supports the use of waterboarding.

As does Herman Cain (another ‘the invisible sky wizard told me to’ candidates. Seriously, America, get over the god-bothering phase or you’ll never be down with us cool secular European types. Granted we got that out of our systems with The Crusades. Have you ever considered invading the Middle East on a false pretence? Oh.)

Thus I feel the need to share Christopher Hitchens’ (all hail The Hitch) experience of being waterboarded just so you can witness and read about why it’s torture. Stuff like this is how those who wish to destroy our society and take away freedoms win. Take note.
